Founded and Headquartered in Danielson in 2006, by President, Christopher Brisson, with additional program locations established in Avon and Bethany Connecticut, The Supported Living Group (SLG) provides industry-leading, non-medical, community-based, person-focused support services to individuals utilizing Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waiver I & II, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Waiver, Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Home and Community Waiver, Connecticut Home Care Program for Elders (CHCPE), and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Waiver support programming across Connecticut.

In addition, SLG also provides a range of specialized private pay support options to meet the individual needs of service participants across Connecticut.

Who We Are
