Tracy Brule, B.M.
Regional Manager
Tracy began her career in Human Services in 1985 as a member of a specialized recreational team supporting Adults and Children with Developmental Disabilities. This experience was the start of the next 37 years of her professional journey supporting hundreds of people in both residential and day program settings in Connecticut, New Hampshire, and South Carolina.

Her ability to recognize and create teachable moments combined with her enthusiasm and confidence identified her as a natural leader among her coworkers and administrators leading to the successful securement of supervisor roles within several agencies and settings. In addition, as a means of giving back to her community, Tracy was a Red Cross First Aid/CPR Instructor for over 15 years, a DDS Abuse and Neglect Investigator for the State of Connecticut, and a Dysphagia Instructor.
Tracy joined the Supported Living Group in September of 2022 transitioning 3 decades of specialized experiences within the DDS field to benefit our service Participant population throughout Eastern, Connecticut.
Tracy graduated from Keene State College earning a bachelor’s degree in Music Education. Although, she has always held a passion and talent for music, working in Human Services provides her with the opportunity to teach, entertain, and lead others towards achieving personal growth, confirming that this was the career path she was meant to take.
